Registration can be cancelled at no charge up to one month in advance of the workshop. If a cancellation is made after one month, half of the registration fee will still be charged. If a cancellation is made after one week before the institute, the entire registration fee will still be charged. In either case, we would encourage the participant to find a replacement from their school or community. ​

Registration, attendance at, or participation in Race Institute workshops and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the Race Institute's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
